Latest summary of what's needs to be worked on in the ADEPT tool in priority order, with a workplan:

Next 2 weeks in January

  1. Make all animations in meeting scenario color, take out all sound, determine other graphic improvements as necessary to this section (Maryann's first assignment). IF Smitha Barki has newer animations, include them.
  2. Fix the connections between meeting transcript & commentary/citations in the follow up analysis section (John's first assignment--possible solution: build dynamic website, starting from Excel file connecting meeting statements to sources/citation)
  3. Complete the bibliography entries (Laura Cofer: my undergraduate working for credit)
  4. Assessment of progress in two weeks, January 20.

Late January - February 1

  1. Link the follow up analysis commentary/citations to the bibliography & other resources, beginning with the Georgia Tech resources available (PTAC report, PTAC survey, ADVANCE survey report)--John & Maryann

February - Testing

  1. An HCI student/s to be hired will coordinate testing tool with PTAC & ADVANCE team volunteers and any LCC or other students. Faculty will serve as example of expert users (to provide feedback about tool as a learning tool for committee members) and students as novices (largely to report bugs). This can be done over 2-3 sessions in a lab (likely an LCC one in Skiles), offering pizza as inducement. (Maryann can assist with testing as necessary.)
