Agenda:

  1. Review most recent changes to the interaction (hopefully, we'll have visuals from which to work).
  2. Discuss the analysis of the decision points.
  3. Discuss the "library" component.
  4. Decide on a fixed terminology within the tool (so final graphics can begin to emerge).
  5. Discuss the "reward" for playing this game well. (Review the application to make sure that the learner gets appropriate feedback that is consistent and authentic within the environment.)
  6. Confirm the delivery mechanism of the tool and content. (see below).
  7. Discuss "survey results". As I understand it, collecting data is one of the objectives of the tool. I believe that an independent committee might be the best way to develop this part. An understanding of administrative and end-use intricacies are critical to developing this part well, and perhaps outside the scope of our current skill set and schedule. I suggest that, for our initial tool, we black box this part into a simple "save" feature for users' personal reference. (Also, see below.)
