Janet Murray Design Decision: We need to separate off the labelling of utterances as biased, procedural, etc. from the playing thru of the scenario. We can reunite these two functions in later versions if that seems like a good idea (I am skeptical) but it will make it simpler to program and revise to do them separately and we will also be able to get both of these functions clear without interference from the other. In particular we will be able to work out issues of making the story repeatable with different choices, and issues of associating the research with the bias labels. These are both better dealt with separately.

As per Dave McDowell: Janet's suggested course is fine, and would facilitate progress towards a prototype, as Carol points out. I would find it essential in this case to allow the user to play multiple scenarios through, though.
