Mobility/Transportation Committee

Goals and objectives:

To ensure that the development of the BeltLine is done in a manner that ensures adequate mobility and accessibility, congestion mitigation and air quality improvement, and sustainable growth.

Current actions of the committee include:

  • Send letter to members of Transportation Panel requesting that they recommend adequate mobility before development
  • Attend relevant meetings and address as appropriate
  • Review MARTA study
  • Establish relationship with MARTA study process
  • Maintain ongoing relationship with MARTA study principal and monitor study progress
  • DRI (ARC’s impact study
  • Monitor DRI report process
  • Monroe Drive analysis
  • Monitor completion and content
