Mobility/Transportation Committee
Goals and objectives:
To ensure that the development of the BeltLine is done in a manner that ensures adequate mobility and accessibility, congestion mitigation and air quality improvement, and sustainable growth.
Current actions of the committee include:
- Send letter to members of Transportation Panel requesting that they recommend adequate mobility before development
- Attend relevant meetings and address as appropriate
- Review MARTA study
- Establish relationship with MARTA study process
- Maintain ongoing relationship with MARTA study principal and monitor study progress
- DRI (ARC’s impact study
- Monitor DRI report process
- Monroe Drive analysis
- Monitor completion and content
