Cub Scouts
My time in Cub Scouts was both fun and educational! I learned a lot about team work and leadership skills. I got badges in Marbles, Chess, Wildlife Conservation, Geology, Archery, BB Shooting, Language & Culture, and Flag Football.

Tech Fair is a statewide education initiative for students from 2nd through 12th grades to encourage youth to learn about technology, and how it's used. I had opportunity to learn Action Script programming skills. I also used it as an opportunity to refine programming skills that I learned in Robotics. I had opportunity to learn how to design more, too.

Lego League Robotics

While Tech Fair provided a more general introduction to programming technologies, robotics focused on programming with a physical outcome. Testing was necessary to refine outcomes.

Horseback Riding
I learned how to care for horses and equipment. I also learned how to walk, trot and canter, and also how to post properly while trotting.
